How Does Coaching Work?

 

The base coaching consists of three 25-minute phone sessions per month.  The fourth week is reserved as a time of rest and reflection.  You are able to supplement your coaching in between sessions with e-mail coaching at no extra charge. As a bonus, I will also send inspirational “Bloom” text messages as needed.

 

How Long Do We Work Together?

 

The average time period is 3-6 months. The minimum commitment is for 3 months.  I encourage clients to stay as long as they love the coaching and are experiencing “Blooming” results.  Commitment options are: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months.

 

What Does Coaching Provide?

 

Although this varies per client, some things you can expect are: accountability, direction, inspiration, focus, a sounding board, validation, challenge, and support. 

 

What are your Specialties?

 

I enjoy working with all people and/or organizations.  However, my specialties are women, relationships (single, married, parental, and friendship), career changes, small business owners, and leaders.

 

What is the cost?

 

The investment for the minimum commitment of 3 months of coaching is $300.00; which is a monthly rate of $100.00 per month. You may choose to pay monthly at the standard rate of $150.00. The standard rate may be discounted if you choose to sign a long-term commitment.  

 

Are there any Guarantees?

 

If, once you have received your welcome packet and completed your first coaching session, and you do not feel completely happy with the decision you made, I will gladly refund your money in full. This is a one-time option, to be used after the first coaching session only!

 

What happens if I decide not to complete my coaching term?

 

If at some point in the coaching you are not getting the most out of your sessions, we will both know it.  You may cease coaching at the end of any four-week cycle and get a full refund for the unused portion.

 

Who are you?

 

I am a life coach.  I serve in full-time ministry as the senior pastor/Bishop at Believer's Empowerment Church where I enjoy training and developing leaders and assisting in bringing the vision of the church to pass.  I am also an entrepreneur, mother, sister, and friend.  I love to have fun! Laughing, shopping and enjoying spending quality time with my immediate and extended family.  My passion is to live the best life I can and challenge others in word and in deed to do the same.  I’m living life in Bloom!
